Not sure if it’s cause I haven’t had this type of cuisine in such a long time, but each dish at Bottless非瓶 was spot on 🥰

The Man Mano慢慢弄‧乳酪坊 burrata with figs, fig crackers, and the honey ham jam with a hint of gingery taste brought the dish to the next level ! The shellfish rice has prawn, bay scallops, topped with salmon roe, tarragon, and lime, which gives a nice kick of acidity to lightened up the dish!!😋

P.s. the portion size is actually quite big, and can be shared among 4 people per dish, so order mindfully! Lastly, it’s a wine on tap bistro!
